I’m so glad you want to get to know and work out with me. I’ve been training for over fifteen years (sheesh time does fly by). I started my career training kids for various sports, moved into group fitness, corporate training sessions for various companies and of course personal training.

I’ve always wanted to reach more people and help them live healthier in every way possible. I know the gym can be intimidating and some people just don’t know what to do when they’re there. So I decided to make home workout programs that can be done with just dumbbells for beginners and every fitness level. I’ve developed my own method of movement that utilizes multiple muscle groups, so your workouts will be effective and time efficient.
