Let’s Get In Shape, each week we’re working on sculpting our backs, toning our thighs & Legs, our upper body and working off belly fat with cardio & core. Every day we’re working on different sections of our body using dumbbells and it’s under 30 minutes a day. This is a Beginner Friendly challenge!
